Allow your body to wake up in the morning before you start your day, or right when you get home from work to help relax your mind and body. These particular movements and stretches target your lower back and hips to help increase blood flow circulation as well as elongate your muscles to relieve tension and tightness.


  • Go through full routine 1-3 times/
  • Hold each movement for 30-40 seconds
  • Breathe deeply  
  • Relax your hips as much as possible
