Fat Burning Stability Ball Exercises

Stability balls are one of my favorite pieces of equipment because of how versatile they are. When you combine them with dumbbells, the number of exercises become endless. This video demonstrates how to do some Fat Burning Stability Ball Exercises with dumbbells. The main movement here is a squat, working the lower body safely and correctly.

If you are looking for more strength or growth, increase the weight of the dumbbells and lower the reps between 6 and 8. If you are looking to burn more calories and tone up, keep challenging weight with hight reps between 12 and 15. Do this circuit 3-5 times with some great cardio (jump rope) and core exercises.
