How to burn fat efficiently

The determining factor in this is your carbohydrates. The thing to remember about carbohydrates is that they will be stored until they need to be burned. So when you do your resistance training, such as free weights, dumbbells, TRX, resistance band or even a tough bodyweight workout, you deplete your carbohydrates. What have you left to burn? Fat!

So here is the rule:

when trying to burn some fat and lose some weight, always try to do your resistance training first to deplete your carbohydrates. After you deplete your carbs, you will burn directly from fat and your workout will be much for efficient.
